Convenient for a late arrival

It was unclear where to get the shuttle at the airport and no information on the pick up point was given in the hotel blurb. Communication via booking.com chat was always standard responses rather than answers to specific questions so I wasn’t impressed with that. The hotel assumes that overseas guests can simple call which isn’t correct if you don’t have a call plan so hard to communicate of the messages are not helpful

Large room, comfy bed, no traffic noise, wide corridors, good shower. The best thing was the organisation of the airport shuttle - you get confirmation of a seat on the bus when you check in - which takes all the pressure off about whether you will get a seat on the bus.
