I think if a fire alarm goes off the communication needs to spoken more clearly and wondering if it is inclusive for all staying there?

From the moment I walked through the door I was greeting with a smile. The front desk staff are amazing. I checked in early and fortunately my room was ready. My room on the 1st floor was lovely and spacious, exceptionally clean and very quiet. Unfortunately I didn’t try the restaurant. The hotels shuttle service is great. I had an early flight the next day, I booked the shuttle when checking in the driver was lovely, he left on time and I arrived in plenty of time for my flight. This would be one of the nicest hotels I’ve had the pleasure to stay in. Thank you for making my stay so memorable and would definitely stay again

Room, location to access the airport and cleanliness.

Morning shittle was only hourly at 7am and 8 am - needed to be 7:30am time as well

The gym is great, restaurant has a nice selection.
