Communication with the host was excellent and very quick. We loved the location and everything was very clean and comfortable during our stay. Would recommend for anyone coming to visit Lisbon!

Après retour de notre séjour à Lisbonne au Santa Guest House ,j'exprime mon mécontentement ,en effet nous avions réservé une chambre avec salle de bain et cuisine privative, or a notre arrivée il n'y avait pas de cuisine privative mais bien commune au 4 logements donc 8 personnes. J'avais choisie cette chambre et mis plus cher pour ce confort .Le descriptif est mensongé . De plus l'immeuble en face de notre chambre était en travaux avec démarrage des travaux a 6h00 du matin (pour la chaleur ce qui est compréhensible pour les ouvriers),le bruit des marteaux piqueurs nous empêchant un repos .

Coladinho na rua Augusta, fiz tudo caminhando! Quarto clean na decoração e na limpeza, roupa de cama e banho muito limpos e cheirosos, decoração neutra e aconchegante. O anfitrião foi agil e muito atencioso. Achei que o fato de ter banheiro fora ia ser um problema mas não, ele separou vaso sanitário, lavabo e chuveiro em 3 espaços que eram compartilhados com outros 2 qurtos da casa e estavam sempre limpos. A casa também dispõe de uma sala gigante e cozinha muito bem equipada. Fiquei duas noites muito confortáveis e com certeza ficaria mais.

The room is as per described. Fairly close to one metro station and in - in our opinion - a good location. Reading the past comments, we have to mention that the owner is taking the previous comments into consideration which is not so common! For instance, a comment was referring to a lack of heating in the room, when we were there, there was an electric heater available. We did not need it but it's something that we noticed when we arrived. Another comment was mentioning the difficulty to find the place. Prior our arrival, the owner sent us all the details required to easily find it, and our check-in went smoothly. He even made a video which make the things crystal clear. Another comment refers to being "unlucky" if you stay in room number 1 since you have to go out of the room, then back in the flat to access the bathroom/shower. While it is true, we did not find it so terrible - that's just another door. Clean common room as we've seen ladies cleaning on a daily basis!

Bear in mind that the common area is shared which means - other people will be around and your stay will most likely be impacted by their behavior. Unfortunately for us, from our room (I cannot speak for all), there was only 1 door separating from another room which was occupied at the time by 2 frenchies that did not really care about their neighbors and, obviously, living at night. Inviting people in the evening/night, speaking loudly (or at least, it felt like we were almost in the same room), it's been a pain despite someone telling them to s&$% the f&#@ #% during one night, which was not really respected. Nothing that the owner can easily fix unfortunately.

Pozione eccellente, super in centro. La nostra camera era molto carina, con bagno in camera. La struttura provvede lenzuola, tovaglie e il fono. In camera c’erano anche due bottigliette d’acqua. La cucina, tutti gli utensili per cucinare e il soggiorno possono essere usati. Noi ne abbiamo usufruito. Caffè e tè sono disponibili. Essendo in centro, si sente rumore per strada la notte, aspetto da attenzionare se si ha bisogno di silenzio. La struttura fornisce anche dei tappi mono uso molto che abbiamo trovato direttamente in camera. Ci hanno permesso di lasciare i nostri zaini anche fuori dall’orario di check in, sia quando siamo arrivati che quando siamo andati via e inoltre il nostro host è stato molto disponibile. L’entrata all’appartamento è molto particolare, a voi scoprirla se ci andrete!

Sia il nostro sapone mani che bagnoschiuma erano sul punto di finire, avrei preferito che le boccette fossero piene.

Amazing location, beautiful high ceilings and apartment, friendly cleaners and efficient managers.

Noisy (street and other rooms of apartment) & hot water runs out very fast. Towels quite minimal.
