BRA localização é muito boa, bem central, fácil acesso a pé para vários pontos. Próxima a rua Augusta e ao elevador Santa Justa. O contato do anfitrião foi excelente também, mandou whats com todas as instruções de chegadas, com vídeo e tudo mais.
Não tem elevador, ruim para subir com malas.

Door and room has no noise cancellation. A guest was in the shared living room at 6am talking to the phone and did not allow us to sleep. This morning we had no hot water from shower (water was running for 2 mins)

ARThe entrance
DEEverything was as expected and as shown on the pictures. Also even though the location is so downtown, it was fairly quiet in the room (with windows shut) and ear plugs were provided as well. Everything was very well organized and neatly arranged.
I couldn't find cutlery in the kitchen. Also the bath area is quite tiny. I would have loved a hanger or two more or a little cloth rack in the room. Very alert inside.
