Relax Inn

The sliding door had a locking problem which was to be sorted out the next day. Hotels usually provide soap,body washes,shampoos and shower caps but Relax Inn doesn't.There are shampoo containers fixed on the walls of the bathrooms but they were not refilled. If only they were to provide these in containers like with all other hotels. The tea station was also disappointing. The stuff provided couldn't have catered for two people. Milk provided as well were in small containers which I think are 20ml each. I had to have black coffee. Only two were provided. Normally when you check in at 14h00 you have your tea but with the stuff that was provided ,I was really disappointed. You'd also normally be provided with wrapped biscuits in other hotels but it wasn't the case with Relax Inn.

The location and the food

Loved the breakfast and the staff was very friendly. The room was clean

The building is quite old

Was damp had a bad smell stuff was very old and beefy had a bad stench

The accommodation is close to the beach

The furniture and finishing is dated and could do with an upgrade. The place is needs maintenance - the reception area has a lingering smell of food that goes up the room. The common area needs a thorough clean.
