Friendly staff and even housekeeping on Christmas.

They were school children that booked on same day they were all over the place number of them 20+ the went to the pool we couldn't go in nose up and down whole night. We have to go up and down for enquiry had to look around for the staff if you needed anything. The plug went working had to ask for another one.The room didn't look like anything I seen in the picture when I was booking.

the staff was very friendly, the rooms were spaciaous, loved the view of the ocean from the room.

The food manu could be improved, its only indian food there. I had to carry heavy bags up the step to the first floor, that was not convenient.

There was a fridge and clean bedding

There was a wedding unbeknown to me which meant there were loud people throughout the night keeping us up. Breakfast was promises to us at 9 am but never came. We went down at 9:15 to complain and then again at 9:45 to only start eating at about 10 when we were ready to leave. People were very loud and played their own music in the seating area. Very disappointed for the amount of money I payed for the area we stayed in and what we got. Soaps and shampoo weren’t provided only a small amount of dispenser soap. Everything Is ontop off each other and the room is about a R300 stay in terms of value not the R1300 I payed
