"Un peu viellot mais ça fait son charme "

Idéalement placé plein centre de Castellane. Les portes sur les couloirs sont mal isolées mais tout le reste est très correct. J’y retournerai avec plaisir

Sur les 2 chambres louées,la chambre 28 ( moins de 9 m2) manquait de confort, Pas de table de nuit ni rangement La glace de la salle de bain posée trop haute Ascenseur vétuste et très bruyant

"Tout va bien !"

Dans la mesure où nous avions réservé la plus grande chambre et salle d'eau, notre séjour, bien qu'ayant dù être écourté, fut parfait. petits déjeuners rapport qualité/prix plus que bien !! Merci pour leur amabilité constante.

Everything was magnifique: service, room, restaurant and the village of Castellane. The hotel was charming and the room was big with modern furniture. I would stay there again without a doubt

Chiamo il giorno prima per avvisare la reception del mio arrivo,ore 14. Ci presentiamo a quell'ora che la reception è chiusa fino alle 15. Per tutto il soggiorno è stato impossibile comunicare con un receptionist. L'unica persona presente era un cameriere con il codino molto sgarbato. Il garage chiude a orario indefinito. Una sera torniamo alle 21 ed era già chiuso.

At the first night, the power went out during the night causing the lights and fan to turn off. Also, the toilet was leaking. Nobody was around during the night the help out out.This caused us a terrible night. Because the hotel is in the centre it is near a busy bar which is quite noisy. However, the hotel refunded us our first night.
