Hôtel du Levant

Tres bon accueil dans cet Hotel du Levant , doté d'un parking couvert et sécurisé pour nos motos. Malgré l'emplacement sur la grand-place la nuit fut suffisamment calme. Salle de bains de qualité. Des prises en pagaille pour recharger tous les bidules électroniques. Personnel serviable. Ptit dej tres bien. Pas testé la restauration car jour de relache le dimanche soir. Terrasse sous les arcades super et bien fraiche.

Très bon rapport qualité prix. Bon accueil Bons équipements Je recommande

Surbooking donc chambre attribuée en lits séparés (pour un couple...) non conforme à notre commande. L'hôtel est correct dans l'ensemble, même si l’accueil pourrait être un poil plus chaleureux. Sa situation est son plus gros atout.

L'hôtel est bien situé, en plein centre de Castellane. Restaurants, magasins, boulangerie, agence pour activité nautique à proximité (kayak, canoë...). L'hôtel dispose d'un parking payant mais plusieurs parkings gratuits sont situés à 3 - 5 minutes à pied de l'hôtel. les chambres ne sont pas climatisées mais ça le fait (il ne fait pas très chaud).

La struttura risulta carinissima , tipica del posto .la camera e l’hotel puliti , bagno pulito con doccia grandissima .il personale cordialissimo e disponibilissimo ad ogni nostra richiesta, accoglienza calorosa. L’hotel ha anche il ristorante , con ottimo menu per bambini e adulti. La colazione discreta .la posizione perfetta centrale , in questo paesino veramente stupendo con persone cordiali e sorridenti.

This hotel is conveniently located on the square in Castellane with quick access to restaurants and shops in the small town. My room was clean, had an updated bathroom, but the bed was small. No air conditioning, but nothing in Castellane appears to have a/c. My only issue was that my room was right over the small hotel bar. I could easily hear the music being played and people talking until closing time at 0100 every single night. This really hampered my ability to get a full night’s sleep. Ask for a room not over the bar area for sure. Breakfast was ok, better than other hotels in the square. Staff was friendly but few spoke English which made communicating difficult, but it is France, so there you go. Just a note, there is no elevator so if you have heavy bags, be prepared to lug them up the stairs. Just FYI, Hotel du Commerce is the nicest hotel in Castellane if you want to compare, otherwise this one is fine. Just avoid a room over the bar area.

Hotellet ligger idealiskt för att utforska Gorge de Verdon, Frankrikes Grand Canyon. Även nära till Grass med sin parfymtillverkning. Man bor mitt i Castellane längs med Route Napoleon.
