What an absolutely belting place. The welcome was warm and friendly, and the entrance to the B&B is stunning. Clean and pleasant smell throughout. Soft carpet underfoot. We were in room 3 and it was a good size. Tea/coffee in the room as well as a bottle of chilled water and a lovely touch , an offer of wine which is in a mini bottle (I had the Chardonnay and it was very pleasant.) The bed was so comfortable, and the sheets sooooo soft. Some road noise, but once I was asleep, didn’t notice it until I work up when my alarm went off. Menu to select breakfast was extensive. Good size bathroom with a basket of some fab toiletries. Breakfast was amazing. Sam takes such care with the preparation and cooking of the food and the products were definitely quality. By far one of the best B&Bs we have stayed in, 100% recommended

Almost everything. Welcome, accommodation and food excellent. The tv was very difficult to manipulate....... Ah! well....

Menu choice for breakfast was wonderful - juices/fresh fruit/yoghurts, followed by as much cooked breakfast as you could manage. All fresh food well prepared and presented. Accommodation was spacious and clean. Lovely visitor lounge if you didn;t wish to stay in your bedroom. Sam is an excellent host - very kind and helpful.

The hotel was really lovely, spotlessly clean. Tea, coffee facilities. Excellent breakfast choice. The hosts were lovely, friendly and accommodating.

Everything! Sam & Wade are the perfect hosts. Breakfast amazing & a great choice. Bedroom beautiful, such lovely personal touches including wine & and a beer in the room & yummy biscuits! Bathroom immaculate & toiletries supplied. Such a shame we only had a one night stay, location is perfect, just wonderful. Thank you.
