"Stayed just one night as we were leaving early next day for coach holiday"

The owner was exceptional and went out of her way to ensure we had a perfect stay.

Only 1 small issue which was the lighting in the room could be improved.

"Just lovely"

From arrival till the moment we left nothing was to much trouble and the owner was lovely and made you feel like old friends and there was everything and more in the room which was spotless and breakfast was top notch with everything you could possibly want.

"Little haven in Presall"

The property is in Presall, a stunning quiet village. It is beautifully decorated and so relaxing. It’s great with the Black Bull pub next door which serves fabulous meals

"Friendly host, excellent accommodation"

Location good for where we where visiting. Great place to stay, comfortable bed. Breakfast excellent. Host was lovely, so friendly. Put a small bottle of wine and beer in the fridge for us for when we returned for a meal out. What a nice touch and so appreciated as it was out anniversary. Would definitely stay again.

Absolutely everything was stunning about this property, spacious clean and modern rooms, fantastic space and facilities, immensely clean and delightful to stay in. The lovely welcoming greeting when we arrived to the beautiful countryside setting to the warmness and friendliness of all the locals we met

There was absolutely nothing we didn’t like about our stay. Wish it wasn’t a 5 hour drive and alot nearer but it was worth every minute and every mile spent getting to this beautiful area and lovely B&B
