Sam and Wade made us so welcome. The property is fantastic. Breakfast was delicious and plenty of choices. I would recommend this B&B

"Great stay and just what we needed"

Owners very welcoming. Car parking on site. Room very commfortable and breakfast was great. Had dinner at next door pub arranged by owner at our request Will definitely stay here again if in the area

So nice and homely and friendly loved it and the Christmas tree was amazing breakfast was 5 star and having the pub next door was a bonus for evening food The rooms are of very high standard and very clean Owners could not do enough to make sure your stay exceptional highly recommend

Beautiful stay in very well presented rooms. Everything you needed for your stay. Bed extremely comfortable, room lovely and clean. Fantastic choice for breakfast where you are able to pick from a varied menu and what time you wanted in the morning. Sam and Wade extremely friendly and very welcoming. Will definitely be back.

"Comfortable stay in a friendly B&B"

Great breakfast with a wide choice of cereals, fresh fruit and yoghurts. Within walking distance of Knott End, with bus services to there and to Poulton-le-Fylde and Blackpool. Good pub almost next door. Very friendly and helpful proprietors.

An excellent place to stay … As soon as we walked into the house we couldn’t help but notice how comfortable and inviting it was. Our room was impeccably clean with so much detail and everything you could possibly need. Sam went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. The gesture of a small bottle of wine was lovely and very welcoming. The breakfast was first class with such a large choice.

There was nothing we didn’t like, it was all first class!

2nd visit to the Saracens. Sam and Wade very friendly hosts. Rooms lovely and comfortable, with some special little touches. Excellent breakfast - will be visiting again in the future!
