Great location. Close to transport and some great bars and food.

The pillows on the bed definitely need to be replaced. Would have loved an iron and maybe a cooktop to prepare meals.

Sehr gute Lage! Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Einrichtung leider nicht in gutem Zustand. Einiges war kaputt oder bedarf Erneuerung. Sauberkeit war eher mittelmäßig. Badezimmer und Böden waren sauber, aber es war zum Beispiel Müll im Sofa und ich fand leider fremde Haare auf dem Laken. Sehr enttäuschend war für mich der Balkon. Ich buchte die Unterkunft aus dem Grund. Er war in einem katastrophalen Zustand und er war leer (bis auf Dreck und Häufchen mit Hausputz). Er war also absolut unbrauchbar. Ein Balkon muss meiner Meinung nach nicht sauber sein. Aber so, dass man sich auf ihm aufhalten kann, wäre das Minimum. Eine Art Überdachung als Schutz vor herablassendem Putz und Vogelkot und ein Stuhl mit kleinem Tisch, wären vollkommen ausreichend um ihn nutzbar zu machen. Wirklich schade.

Dirty floors, lots of dust and hair under the bed, the bed was also really uncomfortable, people have been leaving reviews like this for a year now so doesnt seem like the host cares one bit. Even the final door didnt want to lock, because of a make do repair, that didnt make do, or repair the problem

It’s in the city center, but this is the only one positive thing.
