La posizione a pochi passi da Corso Italia.

La camera era sporca, con capelli a terra e puzza di fogna proveniente dal bagno. Le lenzuola erano macchiate. La macchinetta del caffè era quasi sempre fuori servizio. Le poche volte che ha funzionato ha erogato un caffè pessimo, insulto al caffè napoletano. Il personale, presente solo di mattina, si è dimostrato scortese e poco professionale. Ci avevano assicurato, oltre ai prodotti confezionati in camera, prodotti freschi al mattino. Tuttavia i ciambelloni venivano tenuti nascosti nel ripostiglio. Posate e piatti, così come latte e yogurt non sempre sono stati rimpiazzati. La mia ragazza, sebbene avesse chiesto un cucchiaino, ha dovuto girare il caffè con il coltello, poiché ignorata. Inoltre l'addetta alle pulizie si è anche permessa di offenderla con termini dispregiativi. La "sala colazioni", già piccola di suo, era sporca e il passaggio ostacolato da sacchi pieni di biancheria. Situazione poco igienica. Siamo anche stati ripresi per messaggio per aver lasciato sul tavolo fazzoletti e carte della colazione. Credevamo che, come in altre strutture, la pulizia dei tavoli fosse svolta dal personale stesso. Tendo a specificare che viaggiamo molto e abbiamo sempre rispettato il lavoro altrui e non abbiamo mai provato un'esperienza così negativa.

"Todo muy bien, el desayuno podría mejorarse"

La ubicación, habitación muy limpia y la terraza de la habitación

El desayuno consiste en bollos envasados, pan duro envasado y mermelada/nutella que te ponen en la habitación y tú mismo te sirves el café en una máquina en el hall que en nuestro caso cuando estuvimos estaba fuera de servicio

"La pozione è abbastanza centrale e la struttura apparentemente nuova nonostante ció la macchinetta del caffe nelle aree"

L'infisso non chiudeva bene e stando la struttura su una strada di passaggio i rumori davano abbastanza fastidio
