Frukosten hade vi önskat lite mer av. Vi hade uppskattat lite färsk mat för att fylla på med energi för dagen.

The main positives about Melody Sorrento is the location to the old town and distance from the train station. Easily accessible and walkable.

Unfortunately, there are many things I would like to highlight so other people are aware. 1. Booking.com listed a buffet breakfast. This is not the case. A few small cereal boxes in your room and some yoghurt was not worthy of the rate charged and is misleading to the guests. The Reception did resolve it for us promptly but something to note. 2. This isn't a 24/7 or even daytime only manned Reception. We had a very informative welcome and had to communicate via WhatsApp for the rest of the stay. 3. The rooms are small. Bathroom shower pressure is poor and could do with a deep clean and minor repairs / renovation. 4. The coffee machine in the main reception that is available for guests 24/7 was out of use 2/4 of my mornings. 5. Rooms are not tidied / towel change daily, every other day. We ran out of toilet rolls and had to get some from another guest. 6. The scatter cushions on the bed are all worn and bobbly, need replacing. 7. There is one bin in your bathroom, nothing in your room. 8. There's nowhere in the bathroom to put your toiletries I.e small shelf or cabinet. 9. Upon arrival, like others, it is not that easy to find the entrance. 10. There is no mini bar (booking.com states it has a minibar) If this had been marketed as small room only then I wouldn't be making so many comments but I feel the posting is misleading. Plus older comments & reviews are a bit more positive, which led us to book some months ago.

Amabilidad del personal, habitación limpia y con desayuno abundante. Cercanía al centro y puerto.

Majoitukseen kuuluva aamiainen oli vajaa. Kahvikone oli rikki ja toimi vasta kolmantena aamuna. Toisen aamun aamiainen puuttui. Kolmanteen aamuun saimme aamiaistarvikkeet usean pyynnön jälkeen. Siivous saatiin pyytämällä toisena päivänä. Kolmantena aamuna siivooja tuli sisään omilla avaimilla ennen lähtöaikaa.

Localização muito boa, cama excelente e quarto confortável. Possui uma máquina de café 24h.

O café da manhã inicia muito tarde (8h da manhã). E todos os passeios começam antes das 8h. Assim, perdemos o café todos os dias.
