The hotel is very well located and the beds are comfortable, which were definitely positive points.

However, overall my experience was disappointing. The shower had absolutely no water pressure, and even after messaging the staff, I was completely ignored. Another important point: do not book the breakfast option. There is a coffee machine at the entrance, but on two mornings I had to wait around 20 minutes just for it to start working — not ideal at all if you have early plans. Breakfast is delivered to your room and includes items like slices of cake, packaged croissants, cereal, jam, as well as yogurt, milk, and mortadella in the fridge. I was told they would restock everything every two days and that I could request specific items if needed, but in reality, this did not work properly. Cleaning was also poor. On the second day, the floor was not cleaned, cutlery (knives and spoons) was not replaced, and missing items were not restocked. I even asked them to provide spoons and knives — they only did it the next day, and the knife was dirty. I took a photo of it. Communication is another issue, as almost no one speaks English — only one person. Overall, my experience was not good and I do not recommend this hotel. If you stay here, it’s much better not to include breakfast and just spend around €5 at a local bakery instead.

We schrijven alleen reviews als we heel tevreden of behoorlijk ontevreden zijn. Helaas zijn we dat laatste. Het zit in verschillende zaken, zie het volgende blok. De kamer ziet er mooi uit en de B&B ligt dicht bij het centrum. De dame die ons verwelkomde was alleraardigst en legde alles goed uit. De B&B is niet bemand maar er is een whatsappnummer voor assistentie. Bij de receptie staan tafeltje die suggereren dat je daar kunt ontbijten. De entree ziet er gezellig en goed verzorgd uit.

Vooraf is er goed contact via Booking. Er wordt gevraagd aan te geven hoe laat je er bent en om dat een uur van te voren te bevestigen. Zo gedaan, maar de b&b doet niets met die informatie, we hebben ruim een half uur op de stoep gewacht tot we werden ontvangen. Zowel van buiten als van binnen is er het erg gehorig, ook met het rolluik dicht. Het douchewater komt ‘uit de kelder’ en het duurt een lange tijd voor je warm water hebt. Het ontbijt bestaat uit verpakte crackers met jam op de kamer. Bij de receptie is een koffie-automaat maar helaas was die ‘s morgens defect. De lekbak heb ik zelf nog geleegd maar dat hielp helaas niet, Een bericht naar whatsapp bleef op een vinkje ✔️ staan, dus ook geen assistentie helaas…. Er kon dus niets worden opgelost. ‘Ontbijt inclusief’ is hier wel erg mager. Prijs-prestatieverhouding vinden we dik onvoldoende.

Nice apartment really close to the historic centre safe and clean.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable was just doable for 1 night but the bed was awful. The shower wasn't very powerful either but did the job. The breakfast was poor too prepacked cossiants and cereal but no cold milk to have with it. Had yoghurt in fridge but they were past the date so inedible

El acceso al edificio fue regular y luego faltó agua en la máquina de café del alojamiento y faltó algo de coordinación (lo compensaron con un detalle por lo que no debe ser lo habitual)
