The accommodation is clean, comfortable, and in a fairly good location. Although it is a bit farther from the city center, it is positioned in such a way that all major attractions can be reached on foot (about a 15–25 minute walk). Since it is not located on a main street, it offers a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. We had two rooms: one overlooked the inner courtyard, while the other faced the street. The street-facing room was slightly noisier, but still comfortable. The beds were very comfortable, and the bed linen and towels were changed every other day. Fabricio was fantastic! He went above and beyond to accommodate even our smallest requests, from providing extra pillows, to offering sightseeing recommendations, and even arranging transportation for us. The breakfast was good, and the coffee served with breakfast was excellent. There is also the option to make your own coffee or tea during the day, as there is a coffee machine available in the kitchen. Each room has its own refrigerator as well. All in all, it was a fantastic stay.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Le vie del Centro! The rooms are incredibly clean, modern, and spacious—exactly what you want after a long day of exploring. The location is perfect, situated in a quiet spot but still within easy walking distance of all the main historical attractions and great restaurants. What truly sets this place apart, however, is the hospitality. Fabrizio (Fabri) is an exceptional host who goes above and beyond for his guests. He was incredibly responsive and helpful with local recommendations throughout our trip. Most impressively, he stayed up until 3:00 AM just to personally check us in after our late arrival. His kindness and dedication made our visit to Palermo truly special. We cannot recommend this B&B highly enough!

Tutto è stato semplicemente perfetto. La struttura è curata nei minimi dettagli, pulitissima e accogliente, con un’atmosfera che ti fa sentire subito a casa. L’appartamento è molto bello, gli arredamenti di ottima qualità, non manca assolutamente nulla, da un grandissimo frigo nella sala comune, alla macchinetta del caffè, una estesa varietà di te a disposizione. C’è tutto! La posizione è ideale, comoda per spostarsi e vivere appieno il luogo. Un valore aggiunto è sicuramente l’attenzione e la gentilezza dello staff, sempre disponibile e attento a ogni esigenza. Everything was simply perfect. The property is maintained to the highest standard, spotless and welcoming, with an atmosphere that makes you feel at home straight away. The apartment is beautiful, with high-quality furnishings, and absolutely nothing is missing: from a very large fridge in the shared area (either way, rooms have also their own mini fridge) to a coffee machine and a wide selection of teas available. Everything is provided! The location is ideal, convenient for getting around and fully enjoying the area. A real added value is the attentiveness and kindness of the staff, who are always available and ready to meet every need.

Very friendly owner, takes care of cleanliness and guest comfort. Good, varied breakfasts.

L'accueil était top du début à la fin. Aucune prise de tête avec beaucoup d'échanges et de conseils. Arrive un Dimanche, nous avons pu nous garer en bas de notre hébergement gratuitement pendant 2 jours. Et avons profité de Palerme à pieds sans problème. Le centre historique n'est pas loin du tout.

Le matelas d'appoint est plutôt pour un enfant. Il manque un miroir dans la chambre.
