Un peu plus de propreté dans les chambres ne ferait pas de mal

Les chambres et la piscine sont vraiment top, les massages aussi !!

Le restaurant est pas mal mais le service est vraiment lent.

Villaggio immerso in un curatissimo giardino tropicale, sito di grandi dimensioni, un po' di trascuratezza nelle zone remote rispetto alla reception-piscina. Noi eravamo sistemati vicino alla piscina e non possiamo lamentarci di nulla, non ho trovato nessun animale nella stanza ma e' da tenere presente che essendo immersi nella natura potrebbe succedere. Lo consiglierei. Personale alla reception sempre pronto ad aiutare. Ottimo

Scomodo alle due spiagge piu' belle

The Hotel it self is really beautifull and wort the money, the cleanliness of the place is also good and love the place. Staff is hard working and try to male the place best.

Can work on the language barrier, as most of the staff does not understand English. Except 2 to 3 staff members most of them are very rude, and gets very frustrated if you ask them a question that the did not understand or don't want to understand.

Ms. Sofia is good and Provide good guidance.

There is no room service at all. No telephones in the room. They are not providing any glass or ice in the room. Very small tea/ Coffee cup. You can not take anything in the room like crockery. You have to do room service for you. Only they provide room clean service and Luggage drop service. Is far from city center.
