The property was nice and beautiful. The location far from town, which doesn’t bother me because I enjoy the quiet.

I found some hair on the bed when I first arrived. We booked a two family room in one of the room bathroom got flooded when we shower. AC didn’t work well, but they change us to a different one right away but every single night the next room people stay in there was very rude and loud They was partying all night, even though we complained that to the front desk they didn’t stop every we couldn’t sleep. I booked a massage in the spa the spa was dated no music , they didn’t even serve any water or any soda tea. The only thing was good. The person did the massage. Two night before I leave there was heavy rain and water leak from the roof all over my room.

The pool is of good size and nice in general. Room is spacious but has its drawbacks, too. Free transfer to and from the airport, and even from another hotel.

Many things to mention unfortunately: - Hotel is very dated, some parts of it are in a state what I can call dangerous - broken tiles around and inside the pool - Beware - the hotel is surrounded by jungle so expect a lot of loud animal noises at night, which could impact your sleep - Location - again, be warned - the resort is VERY remote, you can't even hire a Grab - food takes an hour to arrive - About the location - there are hordes of stray dogs, and big ones; e.g., pitbull - German shepherd - doberman crossbreeds; there was one even inside the resort next to the restaurant - Cleaning could be better - on one day we only received 2 fresh towels despite being a family of four - On our first day we ordered food from the restaurant at the resort - we had to wait 1.5-2 hours to get it because "the restaurant lost the order"

Awesome location

My watch was missing at the reception area.... however at the end of the trip I had no clue about the same..

They had a celebration going on round the pool, it was supposed to be from 7pm-10pm, it started at 5pm and the base was turned up to full volume, very uncomfortable for all guests who wernt part of the celebration, ruined my evening
