If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform the property in advance. Reception is located 30 metres from the apartments. The outdoor swimming pool is available from 09:00 to 13:00 and from 14:00 to 18:30. A swim cap is needed to access the pool. The private access to the sea and sun terraces are open from 1 Jun until 20 September from 09.00 to 19:00. The Bar-Restaurant is open from 1 June until 20 September every day from 9.00 to 19.00. Please note that the kids' club is only available from 1 June until 20 September. Guests, before the check in or after leaving the room by check out time, have the opportunity to enjoy the facilities of the property at the cost of a discounted daily ticket. Tidy up is performed daily. Apartment cleaning and bed linen/towels changing every 3 days. Please note that beach towels are not included. Guests can rent them at the property for EUR 5.00 per day. Access to the facility is available exclusively to staying guests and registered club members.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Bardzo ładny ośrodek, świeżo wyremontowany bungalow, wszystko nowe. Taras na dachu. Czyściutko, codziennie zabierane śmieci, co 2-3 dni wymiana ręczników i pościeli. Super basen, bardzo dużo leżaków, piękne widoki. Ośrodek przy samym morzu, plaża skalista. W niewielkiej odległości ok.10-15 spacerem centrum Mondello z piaszczystą plażą.

1. Recepcja: - po przyjeździe ok.godz.22 pracownik poinformował nas, że kuchnia jest już zamknięta i nie ma możliwości, żebyśmy coś jeszcze zjedl w hotelowej restauracji. Jak się jednak okazało była to nieprawda. - po wymeldowaniu, nie ma możliwości pozostania w ośrodku (na basenie czy na plaży), Pani z recepcji dzwoniła kilkukrotnie, aby się upewnić, czy na pewno opuściliśmy ośrodek. 2. Śniadania choć smaczne to codziennie to samo, duża część dań zimna (pizzerinki, naleśniki). Bardzo mało warzyw.

Patika skats uz kalniem, lielais baseins, pietiekams skaits saulessargu un cita inventāra pie baseina un pludmalē. Viesnīca ir kā pludmales klubs, kur it īpaši brīvdienās un svētku dienas ierodas viesi, pārsvarā vietējie iedzīvotāji, kas nenakšņo viesnīcā, bet izmanto piedāvāto servisu - baseinu un pludmali. Pludmale nav tāda kā Mondelo smilšaina, bet gan akmeņu un ieeja jūrā ir aprīkota. Līdz Palermo centram 25 minūtes ar automašīnu.

Kondicionieris numuriņos atrodas 1,5 m attālumā no gultas un pūš tieši uz gultu. Mēs aizklājām to ar lielo dvieli, lai guļot mati neplīvotu :))) Virtuvē tomēr vajadzētu būt vismaz 1 trauku mazgāšanas švammītei, trauku mazgāšanas līdzeklim, nu un protams, vīna glāzēm. Numuriņos, kas atrodas galvenajā ēkā, nav privāta ārtelpa tas ir koridors/galerija, pa kuru pārvietojas viesi uz saviem numuriņiem. Tāpēc ieteiktu izvēlēties tos numuriņus, kas atrodas bungalo mājiņās.

La vicinanza al mare, il cibo compresa la pizzeria, alcuni ragazzi della struttura

Pagare 10€ a persona per l'usufrutto della piscina e altri 10€ a persona per la colazione in struttura in quanto siamo arrivati al mattino e la consegna delle chiavi era alle 15 del pomeriggio . Mai successo!! La struttura chiude alle ore 18 il varco per andare al mare , quindi per andare al mare bisogna uscire dalla struttura .

Ótima relação qualidade preço. Com acesso à piscina e a restaurante. Boa localização com quarto com cozinha tudo limpo.

Pequeno almoço com pouca qualidade sendo que o horário do pequeno almoço é muito restrito.

Total disappointment. One of those places that are great in photos but dated and worn when you get there- you know the ones. Filthy pool with the seagulls taking their daily bath constantly and pool all around the pool side by umbrellas and seating. Depressing room shabby and poor workmanship. Pool closed at 5pm- great. They were doing work with a chainsaw for around 4 hours the afternoon we were there right by the pool. Found the staff ingenuine and insincere staff when approached with feedback. Oh well.
