The bungalows have a very nice roof terrace and the pool is a high-quality and decent size.

We might have booked a little bit before the season started, so there was a lot of work going on around the facilities which made the stay feel a little bit awkward.

Für uns als Familie eine tolle Location, vor allem in der Vorsaison. In der letzten Mai Woche war es noch ruhig und nur wenige Gäste in der Anlage. Der Bungalow war gut ausgestattet und hat uns sehr gefallen. Da die Anlage nicht wirklich zentral liegt, ist ein Mietwagen von Vorteil um Ausflüge zu machen oder um nach Paletmo oder Mondello an den Strand zu fahren.

Am letzten Tag wurde es nochmal lauter, da die letzten Arbeiten wie Rasen mähen, Hecken schneiden, und Reparaturen durchgeführt wurden. Aber am Pool war es dann wieder ruhig.

It’s a bit far out of mondello , there is no where to get drinks etc whilst at the pool no shop or cafe for day snacks , as the season does not start till June

Piękne położenie hotelu, duży basen, korty tenisowe, taras na dachu. Pyszne śniadania.

Mało wygodne łózka, brak płynu do naczyń i ściereczek w kuchni, która mimo wszystko jest super wyposażona.

Io e mio marito abbiamo alloggiato 3 notti nel bilocale con uso cucina. Alloggio pulito ed ampio. Materasso e cuscino ok. Bella struttura con grande piscina e a ridosso del mare. Ottima colazione sia dolce che salata. Buona la pizza presso il ristorante. Il residence si trova a pochi km da Mondello.

Avrei gradito la pulizia della camera e bagno giornaliera. Purtroppo la stagione balneare inizia il 1/6 pertanto non si può accedere al mare e non c'è un punto ristoro aperto durante il giorno, neanche il bar. Non mi è stato segnalato prima quindi non abbiamo usufruito di tutti i servizi descritti.

No Access to the sea, in May everything was closed, too much noice because of construction work in the hotel, very little restaurants and shops in the area, poor breakfasts, cleaning wasn’t done properly, few days without cleaned room and changed towels, dirty floors, very little information from the staff, not much to do in general before 1st of June

Zimmer war sauber, Ausblick zum Meer traumhaft

Ich hab das Hotel fast nur wegen Zugang zum Wasser genommen (so wie auf den Fotos). Als wir angekommen sind, war diese Holzteil, die zum Wasser führt, gar nicht da. Sie haben erst begonnen das zu bauen. Ganzes Urlaub müssten wir wo anders gehen, was nicht wirklich bequem war. Ich vermute, nach Gewitter im Januar ist viel kaputt gegangen und sie haben die Arbeit daran erst begonnen. Ich müsste halt daran früher denken und vorher wegen Liegeoption beim Wasser fragen ggf. das Hotel wechseln Nicht alle von der Personal waren freundlich bzw. ein Kellner, der abends im Restaurant arbeitet. Sehr arrogant und unangenehm… Neben Hotel gibt’s keine Cafés, aber ganz nettes Supermarkt. Für mich war es extrem wichtig Guts Essen in der Näher zu haben, da müssten wir auch wo anders gehen.
