Excellent room, excellent breakfast and excellent location

Nothing at all to complain about.

Great value for money with a good-sized room including en-suite bathroom, kettle and fridge; everything one could need for a good stay. There are only 5 or 6 rooms and it was very peaceful and quiet so I always got a good night's sleep. It is within a few minutes walk of the sea front and lots of places to eat

It does not have its own car park and I think the road right outside is residents' parking only, but there is plenty of free street parking within a couple of minutes walk and the owner was very helpful in pointing out the best places to leave a car overnight

Clean, tidy and exceptional value. Good nights sleep. Will stay again

Nothing to not like

The guest house was a pleasant surprise, given the low price I paid. The room was clean, the shower was excellent and I enjoyed the breakfast. The location is almost perfect for access to the pier, theatre and amusements, with plenty of choices for meals out within walking distance. This part of town seemed quite lively, even in mid-October.

Decor was a little tired and Great Yarmouth has seen better days.
