Temiz ve konforluydu 2. kez kaldık normal bi konaklama için uygun sadece kahvaltısı cok basit çeşit yapmıyorlar

Otelde günlük oda servisi yapılmıyor, bütün katlar ve odalar full tablası gibi sigara kokuyor. Resepsiyon çok ilgisiz müşteri hizmetleri yok denecek kadar az. Resepsiyondan bir şey talep ettiğiniz zaman memnuniyetsiz bir ifadeyle cevap veriliyor. Kahvaltı çok kalitesiz. Tuvalet kağıdı İstediğimizde dışarda satın alıp gelecek kadar yetersiz malzemeleri var. Rahatsız olup çıkış yapmak İstediğimizde ne sebep soruldu ne iyi günler güle güle vs gibi bir ilgi alaka gösterilmedi. Hiçbir tanıdığıma veya arkadaşıma veya dostuma asla tavsiye etmiyorum.

The hotel is disgusting. They didn’t even hear about sanitation there, the room was dirty, there was mold in the refrigerator, torn curtains on the windows. The breakfast generally leaves much to be desired - there is simply nothing to eat, the kettle with hot water has apparently never been washed at all. For that kind of money you can rent a hotel with much better conditions. I can attach a photo as proof.

This has to be the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Upon entering the room, we tool 2 rooms for the night. I was shocked to see the curtains hanging by a few hooks and almost falling off thhe rails. My pillow case & comforter cover had holes in several places courtesy of roaches or bed mites probably. I requested for new pillowcases & duvet cover but nobody sent them to room until I went down to the lobby and collected them myself. Rooms and toilets have not been upgraded and were not well maintained. Even toilet rolls were put on the cistern only as there were no toilet roll holders. They did not bother to fix the toilet roll holders for guests' convenience. Breakfast very basic, not even having butter to eat with bread. And staff not friendly at all. A bed in the other room collapsed when my son sat on it. My sons woke up with itchy red marks and found mites/bed bugs runjing around as per the video attached. We had to buy some med for it at our cost and when we told the front desk that night about the collapsed bed and bed bugs, all they could say was that all the rooms were taken and they are not able to mobe us to different rooms. Perhaps it was just a case of the other rooms having similar issues and they did not want us leaving in the middle of the might asking for a refund. Terrible experience for us. Stay far away from this place or you will regret it. I would have given negative star if that was possible and I have to give at least 1 star so I gave the minimum and my view is to not even consider this property if you fund yourself in Ankara.

The hotel is in an amazing place reaching almost everywhere but the only issue hotel has is cleaning, specially about the rooms they really didn't care much.
