Their Check-in and out process is very straight forward and the staff let us check in early - they also have luggage storage which was very useful. The biggest positive for me was the amazing location. The property is a 30 second walk from Euljiro-4 (exit 3), and in a more quiet area - good for sleeping. It’s even in walking distance to Myeongdong (15-20mins) if you don’t want to take the Metro. There is a microwave and fridge on site (not in room - communal). There is also a Laundry place about a 10min walk away. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful - giving us some good tips on places to visit and getting around Seoul. They have advertisements for tours to the DMZ and other attractions in the city - they can help you organise these. The city itself is so exciting that we didn’t stay in the room for much more than a shower in morning and a bed at night and this place does that well for a very good price that is hard to find elsewhere for such a excellent location.

The mattress on the bed is quite hard - fine for a couple nights of sleep. The comfort level is as expected for what you’re paying.

Good location and for a guest house, it was pretty good and good staff, when I had a problem with the shower, someone was there in 15mn to resolve it

Some items mentioned when I booked were not present like a toothbrush. You should talk with the staff to update this

Friendly but not very helpful staff. The location is close to Euljiro 4-ga metro station, exit number 3.

These are not rooms; they are animal pens or potato boxes. The rooms have no windows and smell of mold and mildew. We got sick after staying there.

It's hard to find anything beyond the location near the metro station.

On the day of arrival, we had to wait because our room was not ready. It wasn't about cleaning; they were doing a complete renovation. The bed was outside, and inside, a lady was putting wallpaper over moldy walls. The conditions were terrible, with no proper window (just a fake one boarded up). After complaining, we were given a dirty room with a window during the renovation. We fell ill with a respiratory infection due to the dirty, moldy air conditioning that nobody maintains.

I took a short 1.5 hr nap after checking in, got bitten by bed bugs. After 6:00 pm, no one was there so I had to check out on my own as the bed bug bites were severe. Up to now, the owner is not taking responsibility in giving me a refund for the 3 nights and 4 days I didn’t get to stay. Key was dropped off in their container box, they claim they haven’t received it. Incredibly unprofessional and dirty.

가격, 지하철 접근성, 에어컨 좋음. 침대, 샤워 괜찮았슴. 그런데, 기본적인 물컵이 없었고, 수건이 안좋았슴. 무인 운영이고, 입구가 골목에 위치한 것이 흠

The one and only guy working at the hotel was very nice and friendly.

The room was filled with mold and the bedsheets didn't feel clean. The condition of the hotel was very poor.
