Location is great, near bus & train station & things to do. Greeted with friendly staff every time you enter the building. Feel safe in the area. Nice and quiet throughout my stay. Perfect for solo or couple traveler.

"For about same prices there are much better options …"

There is not much to like.

Very poorly maintained, everywhere was dirty, rooms are old and uncomfortable. I had cockroaches as well in the room. Altough I have paid for 4 days I moved a nearby Hôtel ( Park City Hôtel) where I paid 10 usd more per night but 10 Times better conditions…

My room was a 6/10 in cleanliness but the rest of the guest house was dirty, the halls and stairs cluttered. Safety in question. Price far beyond the quality of the stay and misleading. The staff were kind.
