room not so clean, no elevator, small and not suggested for big luggage. first room tv broke so we move to other room which in 2 nd flour ..

Manager Jun is extremely helpful and easy to contact. The location is a quick 2 minutes from subway. Kitchen / eating area is convenient. Filter water for refilling portable containers! Heated floors and mini fridge in room!

The facility, in general, can use a deep cleaning.

Great location in the heart of the city. just few minutes walk from Euljiro 4(sa)ga Metro station. The staff named Jun was very helpful in doing the arrangements and contactable thru whatsapp. They let us keep bags and go till checkin time. Rooms are comfortable and the bathroom was great and they give unlimited towels. Floor heating was available. Good value for money. highly recommended for travelers.

Wish the towels given were large sized ones.

수건이 어디있는지 찾기가 어려웠으나, 가격 대비 방의 상탠는 아주 좋았고 편안하게 잘 수 있었습니다. 외국인들이랑 편하게 영어로 회화 할 수도 있어서 재미있었어요.

Great location and had all basic facilities

The bathroom was a bit dated due to wear and tear however it was clean

They didin’t have any bed sheets, only bare pillows and cover.

Location is good. Host is responsive.

Had to leave after one night. It was freezing cold inside. And there is black mold on the ceilings. Black mold doesn't grow overnight so I suppose this is a complete lack of respect towards customers. Black mold is known for possibly leading to health issues. Also booking tries to sit this out making themselves unable to reach via mail or app.
