Hipzy Guesthouse

The room is just like the pictures. We stayed in January for which it was very cold outside but the room had a good heater and it keep us very warm and cozy, the staff was helpful and nice and let us use the laundry room many times, they provided clean towels for you to pick up. The location is good since you have the Line 2 and 5 just in the corner of the guesthouse and is very convenient to move around Seoul, there is also a convenience store across the street.

The facilities are a bit old but I don’t think is a dealbreaker, overall the experience in the guesthouse is good!

自分の部屋のテレビがつかなかった。電気が切れた。デラックスツインがスーツケースも開けられないほどほど狭かった。コンセントが１つしかなかった。自分の部屋の冷蔵庫なかった。扉の開け閉めが‥（狭いスペースに三つ三方向だったので出入りが面倒だった。

離地鐵站近，很方便，但是沒有電梯，搬行李很辛苦！

The place is well placed near metro station, the area is not the best in terms of cleanliness but is near palaces and the central part os seoul. The room was good and the beds where comfortable, there is a small shared kitchen. The host were of help and answered quickly.

There is no elevator so if you have heavy luggage it can be a bit problematic. The bathroom was mostly clean except for one soap that had hair in it.

Staff is so friendly and kind

good location, just across the train station exit, near Gwangjang market, cheonggyecheon stream, near a catholic church, and other tourists attractions. Accommodated our requests to leave our luggages while waiting for check in time. accommodated our other requests

the kitchen/pantry needs some cleaning specifically the dish rack and the sink.

The location is great and near a lot of markets and attractions

Dirty room

Staff did not have to be present always as he regularly communicates with us through SNS.

There should be at least free toothbrush and toothpaste always even in the cheapest accomodation charge.
