Pour des personnes de notre âge 75 -80 il a été très difficile de monter au 2e étage dans un premier temps. La chambre 204 possède un lit très très difficile d’accès et même dangereux . Ce n’est pas les marches qui mènent au lit qui est sécurisant, au contraire.

Très belle chambre avec déco d'artiste québécois. Propreté A1 et le confort est excellent. Je suis arrivée après les heures de fermeture d'accueil et le service téléphonique fut excellent...

DO NOT STAY HERE! We were told there would not be staff on the property so would have to call for an entry code. Everytime we tried it said “ push for English” which we did and then the line went dead. We ended up calling Expedia and after an hour and a half was given the code to the front door. We discovered that there was also an entrance in the back. We had to carry our luggage up many stairs and found the door could be opened with no security code. The halls were dirty and dark , the room smelt very stale and there was food on the floor and the balcony unkempt.

The hotel was closed when we arrive d--and I mean CLOSED. All of the businesses were aware that it was not taking guests AT ALL! But they did send me an email the next day telling me that they had processed my payment! Had to find alternate lodging.

Great location next to galleries, restaurants etc. Large comfortable room with modern amenities.

What a find! We booked last minute and couldn't have been happier with our experience. This boutique hotel is a beautifully renovated building in the centre of Bais St Paul. Our room was large, with an anti-room, plenty of different seating options, included a very comfortable king-size bed, and gorgeous art on the walls. The included continental breakfast was perfect. Honestly, this hotel has spoiled us for future stays elsewhere. Definitely worth booking.
