Maison Otis

No front desk service, no room cleaning if you stay multiple nights, the hallway dirty, entry door in the back of dirty parking lot with poor light. No entry information sent and need to call for entry code. Never book again.

Excellente étape à la Maison Otis ! Parfaitement située. Check in autonome clair et facile. Belles prestations. Pas de petit-déjeuner, mais tout est disponible aux alentours.

Quelle tristesse de constater la déchéance de la Maison Otis. Il n’y a plus aucun service, pas de réception, pas de service de restaurant. Aucun personnel sur place, les clients sont laissés à eux-mêmes. Je ne recommande pas cet établissement car il n’y a aucune expérience client.

Il n’y a personne à l’accueil et très difficile de rejoindre quelqu’un. Pas de wifi, la télé ne fonctionnait pas, le resto de l’auberge est fermé , donc aucun repas disponible et pas de petit déjeuner . Donc il faudrait changer votre publicité sur la Maison Otis.

This is an air B and B NOT a hotel. There is no reception and the only staff is the cleaning staff (they are quite friendly) there is no elevator so you have to carry heavy bags up notoriously high stairs to the second floor if you are staying in a suite. There are no phones in the room so you cannot call for room service or other services. The room was clean and very well cared for

Our two nights at Maison Otis contrasted sharply with one another. The first night we were thrilled with the room -- an extremely spacious room on the first floor, close to the parking lot, with a king bed, as requested. Unfortunately, there was a problem with the air conditioner unit, and we were moved to the far end of the hotel. We had to lug our furniture up a long flight of stairs and cart it down several (about four) long, dark, and dimly-lit hallways, including a few more stairs -- to the farthest possible end of the building from the parking. The second room felt small and cramped and had what felt like a double bed. It was a major letdown and disappointment, and I was quite unhappy with the change. I was glad we were not scheduled to stay longer.
