The staff first and foremost is the best. The maintenance crew ALWAYS makes sure my room is very clean throughout my whole stay. Perfect location and I will always stay here for my Long Beach visits.

"A Decent Accommodation with consistent pricing for the Area"

The Motel appears to have been built in the 60s or 70s, but has had a fairly recent refresh. Check In was quick and easy. I was even given a great recommendation for a Restaurant just a couple of blocks away. The Room was Neat, Clean and Spacious. The Room I booked had a King Sized Bed, Flat Screen TV, Bedside Tables, Alarm Clock, Refrigerator and Microwave.

Like most Motels of this era, Sound Insulation was not a priority. Though I experienced no issues, walking in the neighborhood, may be uncomfortable for some not accustomed to less than affluent City Living.
