Beach Inn Motel

Clean and good location.

Charged 50.00 dollars with no proof of any damage to towel. I called and gave them my email to send pics of damage. I am disappointed being charged with no notification or proof.

Decent location. The picture in the ad, DEFINITELY is not what it is.... its a little more "run down" "hood" motel.

Este hospedaje es realmente 100% recomendable. Cuenta con estacionamiento gratuito. El servicio de limpieza se realiza todos los días, proporcionando toallas limpias y reponiendo los artículos de higiene. La habitación es muy amplia y la cama, súper cómoda. Además, dispone de microondas y frigobar. El personal es muy atento. Hay una lavandería a 100 metros, un café al lado. La parada del metro para ir a LA se encuentra a 800 metros.

Walking distance to cafes and attractions

Hotel os located at a noisy intersection with sirens and traffic noise around the clock. There is also a large construction project adjacent with all the noises from 7am to early evening. This is run as a barebones venue: no coffee or coffee-making equipment, no microwavable cups, plastic hangers, cheesy bedspreads, poor heating and cooling system. Worst was the lack of response by certain owner family members who apparently manage operations in dealing with issues. There was a homeless woman having a loud and disruptive mental health crisis in front of the property soon after we arrived and it went on for literally hours before I finally called 911 myself. Maybe this one family member who doesn't care about the comfort of guests is not a good representative of overall management, but it definitely set the tone, along with zero amenities for our stay. This was found on Booking.com and there are other hotels and motels closer to the nicer area and the beach which are not on that app which I think would offer a better experience.

Coffe pot in room

The area felt very unsafe. Street racing, sirens, and helicopters could be heard all night. Homeless people were camped on the side of the building. A police incident was happening outside of our hotel room in the middle of the night - I could hear incoherent hollering, and the police responding with "put your hands up! turn around!". There was frequently a strong smell of marijuana smoke entering our room thru the AC system. We got nearly zero sleep. I will never stay here again.
