Friendly Hills Bairro Alto - Hostel

Buena localización en pleno bairro alto, con el metro y el tranvía n°28 cerca. El desayuno está muy bien y el servicio también, muy amables. A mí, por lo menos, me ha gustado mucho.

Cleanliness: 100% The cleanliness at the hostel is excellent. However, the breakfast is very limited. Instead of a buffet, two staff members will prepare a breakfast plate for you; that’s it. It’s important not to set high expectations for the breakfast. It would be great if there were closets in the rooms to store bags and hang clothes. Overall, a clean and well-maintained hostel, though improvements in the breakfast offering and room amenities like closets would be appreciated.

Fabulous! Location was bang on, walked out at night right into the hottest spot in town. The team are Irish/American and all so friendly. The breakfast was next level, really big portions and great variety made to order. Free coffee machine all day and shared kitchen space. Only downside was not enough furniture/storage space in the room but amazing value. Highly recommend

Great location to walk everywhere. It was my first time staying in a hostel/guesthouse and I was pleasantly surprised. It is very noisy at night, however, once I closed the window and turned on the fan, it did not bother me. Very nice breakfast is available in he mornings with coffee/tea machine and water. I was worried about sharing a bathroom, but they were clean and they were always open, I never had to wait.

Great spot! The breakfast is so good. No a/c though so the rooms are hot. They do give you a little fan but you have to angle it to hit you directly to be comfortable. Bathrooms are clean! Lots of stairs though.

The breakfast was fantastic, don't miss it like I did until my last day. The place is spotlessly clean. Convenient location, plenty of restaurants etc in the vicinity and close to all public transport. The room was a bit stuffy even with the fan provided. Overall a great stay, would definitely stay again.

Only come here if you want to party! The street and area is a huge party area. Bass will be thumping well into the night! It's safe, on a hill, and the staff were nice. Pretty comfortable beds, clean linens, and great staff. The breakfast is nice to have.

Very friendly staff. Clean room. Noisy street so bring earplugs. Great breakfast.
