Melbourne Knox Central Apartment Hotel Official

The location is right across the road from knox city, so great location. Once we found our way into the facility and carpark, it was easy access to our key in the after hours arrival box. It had everything we needed like a small appartmemt.

We wished the apartment had proper curtains. And a few more instructions on how to access the carpark.

Room was terrible, really poorly maintained with awful furniture and furnishings

It was clean when we arrived

We couldn't get access to the reception and when we finally did there was no one at the reception. I was waiting with my elderly mother who has mobility issues. Finally someone gave us the keys. I reported a faulty chair in my room and nothing was done about it, it was wobbly and I nearly lost my balance sitting on it, lucky it wasn't my mother. Only once was a good tidy up done in our room. On the Wednesday no coffee or milk was replenished

Bags of rubbish and laundry left in living room. No remote for aircon.
