Decent size of the room. Has everything we need- kitchen tools, dishwasher, washing machine, regular fridge, dryer, hair dyer. Pool is clean. Sauna and steam room are good maintained. Good location!

Our stay was disappointing due to several issues. 1. The blanket had a yellow stain and didn’t appear to have been properly cleaned. 2. There were no clear instructions on when or how guests could use the washing machine. 3. There was no sign indicating the sauna and pool areas. 4. We also had an unpleasant experience with one of the residents while using the pool — she pointed to a sign and told us to read it as if we didn’t understand English, then turned off our light without asking, saying she was the tenant and paid the bills so we couldn’t use the light during the daytime. This was quite uncomfortable, especially as I had an elderly person with me and the area was not well lit. Overall, the lack of cleanliness, unclear communication, and unpleasant interaction made our stay less enjoyable than expected.

The room had a horrible mouldy smell when we arrived even though the do does were open. Walls were all marked the couch leather was peeling .

Location was good for what we needed. I have to say the reception guy (I didn’t get his name) was excellent. Very helpful and a really genuine bloke.

Quiet and comfortable

There's absolutely nothing to complain about at this price! The front desk staff were also very nice! The only problem is that my bonds hasn't been returned after three weeks.

Location

Reception was not open on arrival even though website and phone message said otherwise. Washing machine was unusable. It had been left closed up and absolutely stank inside. The top of the fridge had not been cleaned in months.
