The parking The upgrade to a 2-bedroom apartment. Big bathroom for this type of property. Comfortable bed.

Signage to access the property was hidden behind vegetation, so I did 3 laps around the area (with multiple traffic lights) before I managed to find it… The Manager was very apologetic, so I was offered a free upgrade and free car parking. Thank you.

Only bed is fine, good support. But bed spreads were never changed or replaced with clean one from the day we checkin on 5Nov'25 to checkout on 13Nov'25.

There is nobody at the reception. There is a bell to ring but no-one response. There is a local mobile number to call but can't get through using an international line. The self checkin-in terminal outside is not working on 5Nov2025. We waited about 20mins until we met a local and they helped us using their mobile to call. We eventually get inside the property. Trash was never thrown away in our 8 days stay. Can't contact the property to top up toilet roll and box tissue.

The location, it is close to Knox private hospital. My daughter was having surgery the next early in the morning.

My daughter tried to check in and the staff had not set up the check in on time and we spent a while ringing the bell and calling the number listed only to be hung up on several. Times. We only got through to reception because someone was coming out of the apartment building. This was very stressful.

Apartment was big

The check in process was terrible. Waited 20 minutes for someone to come to the front desk after calling and ringing the bell 5 times. The check in process was very very unorganized. Room wasn’t ready. Didn’t explain the car park very well. The room itself was big and bed was comfy. Room wasn’t overly clean. Didn’t even have a mug to make a cup of tea. Very very average overall.
