Staff were great, very accommodating and friendly. The hotel, in general, was clean and comfortable. I have no complaints.

Nothing. My stay, although short, was great. Speaking from someone looking for a short but secure and comfortable stay.

I booked the type of pod but the guard (since i checked in late night) is very helpful and assisted me of getting a new room type without me doing anything from my end (guard mentioned that he will take care of informing the staff when they come the following day). this is very very helpful despite my mistake~

Kind service, clean bathrooms.

No free possibility to leave your luggage at the hotel after check out if - for example - your departure is late evening or at night.
