I love how clean the facility is, the staffs are friendly and they accommodate you properly. And I was also able to pray on the hallway which is nice they did allow me to do so.

The amenities, I had a lot of hair fall after using their shampoo, my hair was indeed dry after showering, the location, it's kind of difficult to locate, and also sometimes inside the pod, there are times that it is hot I wish they could make it more colder, since it is kulob.

Booked this place for my sister and she said she had a pleasant stay. Had a full 8 hour sleep which was a much needed recharge before she went back to work again. Was clean and comfortable.

Accidentally charged my sister another full night so I had to call from overseas. Was apparently non refundable even tho they're the ones who stuffed up. After getting permission from manager, refund option was apparently going to charge my sister a 2% fee. Luckily, she's staying again so extended that stay instead.

Its clean and neat and unique! They also provided towels, hanger and toiletries!

There were some pods that were damaged like knobs for the lights and theres a crack on the key card card inserter. Bed foams can be thicker its a bit hard when you turn to your sides. We are not sure if the vaults inside the pods are functional. But all in all it was a pleasant stay and we plan to come back again.

Staff were friendly and accommodating except for when I was asked about my extension for one more hour, but generally they were courteous as they assisted me going down especially that I had a luggage. I initially thought it was going to be small and claustrophobic but I was fairly surprised it was quite spacious inside for myself. Not only was it quiet but it was also a very clean accommodation. For it's price it's quite the deal already. I just wanted to try a capsule type of hotel or pod-like stays but I will now be considering it for the next time I'm in the area.

the location is far from the city center and about 15-20 minutes walking from the nearest tram station. what we didn’t like the most was the fact that they didn’t let us leave our luggage there before check in / after check out so we had to pay an additional night to leave our luggage there. this issue is very big specially when backpacking in a budget.
