Great location to walk to free train shuttle to all terminals

Really nice hotel. We stayed there on our last night, to be close to the airport for an early flight. The rooms were very comfortable and clean, the staff was very friendly. The food at the restaurant was just okay - but we appreciated the convenience of having a restaurant on site after a long trip.

The hotel's design is not bad, and the front desk staff were courteous and professional. Unfortunately things go worse when I arrived in the room - it was quite warm, the air conditioning did not work, there was no way to open a window, and the hotel did not provide a fan. It made for a bad night's sleep. But worse was dinner. I arrived late so went to the restaurant around 9 pm. After i was seated, the server for my table stood next to me, chatted with her colleague and didn't take my drink order for perhaps 5 minutes. It then took 10-15 minutes for my drink - a draft beer - to arrive. Food came quickly after I ordered it, but it was undercooked and bland. At this point I'd spent about 4o minutes to have a beer and a bowl of pasta, and wanted to leave as I had to get up early for a flight the next day. It took at least 5 minutes to flag down my server, who then told me I needed to wait. I waited 15-20 minutes but she didn't return. Finally I just wrote my room number on a napkin and left it on the table, went up to my room and rang the front desk to ensure the bill was charged to my credit card. It was one of the most unprofessional and disappointing dining experiences I've had in years.

We had a fantastic stay at INNSiDE by Meliá Paris CDG! The hotel is modern with comfortable and quiet rooms having excellent amenities. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location is very convenient for travelers, being close to the airport with easy access to transportation. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone transiting through Paris, and will certainly stay again the next time we need to overnight!

Room was fantastic Breakfast was delicious The games scattered around the lobby we thought were really cool and entertained the kids a lot Very conveniently located for transport to and from the airport and possibly further a field Will definitely return

J’ai 80 ans et suis légèrement handicapée. Quand j’ai demandé de l’aide pour descendre mes valises (départ pour l’Inde), il m’a été répondu que ce genre de prestation n’est pas prévu. À mon arrivée cependant quelqu’un avait pu m’aider. Une jeune stagiaire avait été très aimable et serviable. Par ailleurs, je n’ai pas réussi à me servir de la télé. L’indication comme quoi le room service se trouvait là m’a renvoyé au QR code sur la table de nuit, que je n’ai pas pu scanner. Je ne pense pas retourner à Innside.
