The apartment was very clean and well-maintained. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The accommodation was comfortable, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Galle. Its location within Galle town makes it very convenient and easily accessible to everything.

The location was very convenient. The apartments are safe and clean. The friendly and supportive staff made the stay very welcoming.

The kitchen and the living area tend to get warm during the day time as the AC is fixed only in the bedroom.

The management is incredible and they even let us keep our things, get changed and stay in until we went to the beach and came back way past our check out time. Highly recommend

The only positive aspect of the hotel was its view of the ocean, which was beautiful. Unfortunately, this was overshadowed by the overall poor quality of the stay and experience.

The property was in very poor condition. Kitchen appliances (microwave, toaster, stove, rice cooker) were rusted, the bathroom was dirty with mold, and the shower curtain was old and filthy. Taps were leaking, the bed and mattress were low quality, and sheets were worn. There was no AC in the lounge (only in the bedroom), so we were forced to stay in the room due to the heat. Breakfast on day one was extremely disappointing — it took over 90 minutes to arrive, was cold, and far below expectations. Room cleaning was not done properly. This was advertised as a 4-star property with an 8+ rating, which is misleading. Booking.com should review the accuracy of this property’s rating as it is definitely not worth the price paid.
