the aircon in the two bedrooms worked well, however there is no aircon in the main living area and the entire western wall is glass! there is a ceiling fan which fights a losing battle as the sun gets longer into the afternoon. Host Dam who is very pleasant and helpful has provided a pedestal fan to try to help the ceiling fan and it does help to move the hot air around but cannot cool it, staff are attentive and sympathetic to the heat problem but there is nothing they can do. the location was good for me with supermarkets and wine stores close by. beaches, fort and railway station are a short tuk tuk ride.

this is a two bedroom unit but the bathroom is so tiny

I liked the fact there were only 4 Hotel rooms & we were only minutes into town. There were lots of bus options going past the door and Tuk Tuk's were in plentiful supply. Traffic noise was very minimal as we had the room away from the street. The Manager Dam was fantastic and helped with tour & site seeing ideas. Breakfast was great each morning too

There was NO Air-Conditioning in the kitchen / sitting room which made it very hot. Great to dry clothes out of the washing machine. The bedroom was nice and cool at 20* C which was fantastic to sleep in

The apartment was large, clean and comfortable. The WiFi was decent and there was a hot shower. Owners were attentive and helpful

The bathroom size is very small and therefore any improvement here will make the property even better

We were met at the property by Mr Dam. He showed us around the property and gave us information about the local area. He has great deal of local knowledge and told us where the best areas were.
