Ripple Reach Apartments

The host, Mr. Dam was a very friendly and respected person. He asked us what we would like for breakfast, and he also advised us for the places to visit and which the best way to take.

There's no good restaurants nearby.

Our stay in Ripple Apartments was amazing. Mr Damayatha was so kind and welcoming. We will definitely visit again

Nothing except the location

The owner of the property doesn’t care about the comfort of his guest at all. The place was dirty. There were tons of huge cockroaches at my place every evening, I complained and the host did nothing about it. At first I didn’t have gas and had to ask about it as well. Then I had a pipe burst with water all over my place. Don’t think by the way that you will be able to work on their WiFi — it cannot even open the lightest pages, leave alone the speed. I had to buy a SIM card with many gb. And cherry on top - when I was checking out, the lady that was supposed to take care of the room asked “madam, some money?”. Are you kidding me? Money for what?

A good size apartment. Flexible manager.

Very disappointing apartment on the top floor. Super hot even with the air-conditioning operating. TV didn't operate. No hot water to shower. It was a long hot walk from everywhere. I negotiated with the manager to leave after one night.

Needs some maintenance so the quality of the property matches the good location.

Ah great deal for 2 bedroom top floor (4th floor) AC for 2 bedroom - sea view ( for main hall) secure Parking facility, Mr. Damyantha very kind person and flexible - reliable -

Sri Lanka is has having a different version of hard time ( living cost is high due to taxation) if we are able to spend few bucks and make some ones day to day life better - that's great,
