Very good customer service, great hospitality

The Service

The property is very central, Just a couple of kilometers to the fort. Plenty of supermarkets and eateries in walking distance. The host was very pleasant and helpful. Rooms are spacious with a decently sized balcony. The breakfast was also served on time and had plenty of fruit. Parking is also available, albeit most fit for a small car.

The place needs a light renovation badly, even a coat of paint would help. One of the twin beds we got had a flat mattress that was uncomfortable. The kitchen smelled stale and the fridge didn't work. While the place had gone through general cleaning, there was a lot of dirty spots in the bathroom in non-contact places. Cleaning overall needs attention to detail.

Nothing to complain

The apartment is big and clean，and have beautiful sea view，perfect location！The manager Wije is so nice and helpful！I met a scam at galle old city, and Wije helped me solve the issue and returned my money. Besides, he helped me buy local breakfast and fruit with local cheap price. Thanks a lot，I will remember the valuable time here and recommend this apartment to Chinese friends.🥰
