Ardvane B&B

Ardvane B&B is an excellent, affordable guest house and a great value. Just 3 blocks form Atholl street, Pitlochry’s main road, there is no road traffic noise and the view of the village rooftops and distant mountains from the breakfast room is beautiful. The service of manager Cor exceeds even his wonderful cooked breakfasts. Coffee, juices, and snacks are available all day. Everything is clean and up to date. We stayed 12 days and recommend Ardvane without reservation!

Ideally situated in the heart of Pitlochry. Very nice cooked breakfast.

Fabulous garden and hill view from our French doors (ground floor twin room). Wonderful breakfast with creamy porridge (British style). Appreciated the hot chocolate and milk provided in the room! Spacious with bathroom around the corner from living space. Highly recommend a stay of three to five nights to enjoy the many walks and hikes in the surrounding area!

Great B&B. Great accommodation, well appointed and immaculately clean. Friendly hosts and superb breakfast. Secure place for bicycles. We had room three, a large twin with ensuite. Perfect.

We thought the accommodation was lovely. The decor was very pleasant and beautifully finished and very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the dining room was fresh and airy with a nice view,. Breakfast was great and service by Lyn was very friendly. Overall a very good stay. Will certainly recommend them and stay again if we find ourselves that way on our travels

Very clean, good facilities & a great breakfast.

What a great place to stay Phil and Lyne were very welcoming and there room was very comfortable and well looked after.We had a lovely prepared breakfast in the morning in a very nice setting.This is an ideal spot just 5 min walk from the center but with no road noise you feel like your staying in the country.Highly recommend you stay here lovely setting run by lovely people.

Excellent stay. Lovely big room. Very quiet and relaxing stay. Would definitely recommend here. Owners very welcoming, they even let us check in early as we were going to the theatre for an afternoon show. Breakfast was delicious.

A very professional well run b&b, very clean, the room was excellent, the service was excellent, the cooked breakfast was one of the best ive had in any hotel or b&b, the b&b is within walking distance to the main street.

Lynn & Phil Wilkinson are very friendly and helpful hosts. Breakfast you get a very good choice of breakfast food which is very well cooked and served with a friendly smile. My bedroom was only a single room but very nicely decorated, the bed was very comfortable. The room had a tv with free view Channels, a tea or coffee with a kettle and a mug. Plenty of double electric sockets with one having two usb charging points. Everything was very clean and comfortable. I will be booking again in the near future.
