Aan de bovenkant van de stad ligt Villanita. In de tuin staan 3 Chalets. De huisjes hebben 2 slaapkamers, keuken ( waar koffie en kruiden staan)en eettafel en badkamer. Heerlijk bed en heel rustig slapen. Anna is geweldige gastvrouw, geeft veel tips ( zoals t geweldige lunchcafe Wake-up!) en spreekt goed Engels.In 15 minuten loop je naar t centrum!

La zona excelente, la sra ( q es su dueña) muy amable volvería con seguridad

La calle es muy alta, xq somos adultos mayores, no podíamos subir caminando, p la calidez de la sra y todo lo bueno q nos brindó, suple lo q no pudimos caminar

Todo me encantó, cabañas muy bien ubicadas, súper limpias, cómodas, con todo lo necesario para una estadía perfecta, además su dueña, Ana María, es lo más amable y atenta que puede haber. Realmente, todo perfecto!!

"Comfortable stay in a well-furnished cabaña."

The cabaña was clean, well furnished, and comfortable. The sheets and towels were of high quality, and the heating system worked very well to keep us warm at night. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood. Ana Maria, who speaks fluent English, was a kind and generous host, full of advice about Punta Arenas, and even gave us some eggs, bread, cheese, milk, etc. for breakfast when we arrived late in the evening, tired after a day's sightseeing near Punta Arenas. We couldn't have enjoyed our stay more. I highly recommend Villanita, a short drive or a 20-minute walk from the Plaza de Armas. We didn't want to drive in the evenings, so when going out took an Uber or taxi, which was only about $3.00 USD. Next time I visit Punta Arenas, I will try to stay at Villanita again.

We had no complaints; everything was perfect.
