Babu Backpackers inn

No toilet paper, the attached toilet to the rooms didn’t even have a door. BED BUGS!!!! Loud all night. No locks on the doors. No curtains. Worst hostel I have EVER stayed in by a long shot

Air condition in the room. Good WIFI. Location- 7 minutes walking from the beach and near the food market. The receptionist was very nice. Drinking water and coffee - included. Positive atmosphere.

No hot water in the shower. The toilet was not well maintained. Very small room with thin walls. Room was upstairs so its difficult with the luggage. The pool is out of service and overall the place is a bit neglected.

It was safe and accessible, staff was friendly and helpful, wifi was working well

I booked it for the pool but it was not available at the time (December 2024).

It was cheap.

A friend and I recently stayed here and the experience wasn’t the best. The room was really damp, and things were dirty. The shower was also very dirty, full of mould and dusty. The pool was more like a pond.

We absolutely loved our stay with Babu! All of the staff were so friendly & nothing was too much to ask for. It was in a great location & comfortable clean rooms. Babu even came out for dinner with us one night, she is the best. Next time we are in the Philippines we will definitely be coming back to stay with Babu.
