Staff were super friendly, has a lovely outside area with seats in the shade and a swimming pool, and is a 10min walk to the beach and lots of restaurants

We arrived late at night and Babu responded to my message very quickly and was very accommodating of our late arrival, ensuring we got into our room. Great value for money and very close to Moalboal beach and all the restaurants.

The toilets sometimes didn’t flush but this seems to be quite common in Asia

Babu and Johanna are just awesome. They help us a lot to organize our differents activities and give us relevant informations. The hotel has a little pool that allow us to cool down when the temperature is too hot. I like the situation. About 5mn by foot from the beach and a lot of offers to buy drinks and foods.

Everything has been perfect during our stay.

The girl behind the desk was super helpful and lovely. The location is great, only a short walk to the bustle of bars and restaurants as well as the beach. Free coffee and water was a massive bonus!

We purposely booked somewhere with a pool however it was unusable, it was never cleaned the whole time we were there and we never saw anyone else use it either. With it being right next to the road, the pool was very dirty. One morning we also woke up to use the communal showers to find that a stray dog must have gone through the bins and garbage was all over the floor.

I liked how the staff handled us and the place was nice and peaceful. Very affordable room and walking distance to many restos and bars around the area. Shower areas and comfort rooms are all clean.

Babu backpackers inn is located right where everything happens. Close to restaurants, the beach and somewhat close to the bus station as well. The rooms are good for the price and the beds are comfortable, but the main thing that makes this place worth is the staff that helps you anytime with anything!

The only thing that you should be aware of is that this is not a super social hostel. For us it was perfect, but don’t expect those kind of activities.
