Very convenient location, 1min walk from the JR station.

I booked 2 twins room. But on the checkin day was told room fully booked and only manage to reserved 1 twin room and 2 single rooms for me. I wonder why the hotel did not reserved the room for me earlier when I booked from booking.com? Or this is booking.com problem?
