Beautiful views, daily cleaning, all the necessary amenities, grill, parking. The owner is very friendly and caring, always willing to accommodate.

Wi-Fi is slow, and the apartment itself is a bit unattractive due to the flooring. I would like it to be more cozy, and then I could live there for months)

Limited working space in the kitchen if you want to cook yourself You need to use the patio seating for indoors, otherwise you have just a table and two chairs
