Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, der Ausblick war grandios und man hatte alles was man brauchte :)

Es war alles super, ggf. das man nach paar Tagen Handtücher gewechselt bekommen könnte.

Very good location in a pretty and quiet area. Very clear communication prior to arrival from the manager Clinton with regards check-in, keys, parking, Wi-fi etc. Comfortable beds and fully equipped kitchen.

Expected much more of the patio area - looked more like a backdoor area you would normally hide from your guests at home. Some maintenance required - shower arm has a leak spraying water against roof, which then drips down ice cold. Some taps loose and one shelf previously repaired but still broken inside fridge door. Total overkill with regards non smoking policy - it's in your face wherever you go - in pre-arrival communication, parking area, the information folder and the first thing you see when entering the unit..... Whether one is a smoker or not, it makes you feel like you're in a school hostel...not a paying guest! Pool dirty - on 24/25 December?! Twenty exterior steps down to our unit all different heights - could this be to code?

"Schlecht, Schimmel und nicht den gezeigten Bildern entsprechend"

Vorsicht!!! Hier lauert Schimmel und ganz viel Dreck inklusive eines unfreundlichem Vermieters. Wir kamen am Ankunftstag um 14:20 Uhr an und die Unterkunft war noch lange nicht Bezugsbereit.. Nachdem die Reinigungskraft fertig war (14:40 Uhr) haben wir das Apartment besichtigt und wussten nicht wo uns der Kopf steht. An vielen Stellen Dreck und Schimmel + die Außenanlagen war absolut nicht dem entsprechend was uns auf der Buchungsplatform angezeigt wurde. Die Bilder sagen alles… Zu unserem Pech war aber auch der Vermieter nicht in der Lage mit uns zu kommunizieren. Meine Mutter wurde während des Urlaubs leider krank und musste kurz medizinisch behandelt werden. Wir haben uns schon so sehr auf diese Unterkunft gefreut - leider hat Der Vermieter kein Interesse an einer Lösung sondern ist nur Geldinteressiert.. Antrag auf Rückerstattung ist gestellt! Aus anderen schlechten Bewertungen wird er hier sicherlich alles leugnen und trotzig/ Beleidigend antworten. Scheint wohl jemand zu sein der ein richtiger Menschenfreund ist… ( Ironie) Glaubt ihm nichts er will nur Geld!!!
