Brilliant Victoria Harbour Waterfront

Location is amazing. Stayed here twice now. Very confident free tram outside door. Spa and pool a wonderful treat in winter. Woolworths across the street. Location plus.

There Can be a little noise. Construction across river. Would of liked an expresso coffee machine for pods.

The beds were comfortable and it is a good location.

Filthy carpets, filthy sofa, ‘ninja’ cockroaches. Incredibly unnecessary and onerous checkin process. I am Genius Level 3 and a reasonable and experienced renter with booking.com, VRBO and Airbnb. I take pride in leaving rentals in a very clean state and while I’m in residence. In addition to the foregoing, the furniture was cheap - in fact my friend fell to the floor when the dining chair she was sitting on collapsed. We had to leave our open suitcases in the living room because there were no shelves or bedroom floor space or drawers to put our belongings. There was lots of closet space to hang clothes. It was a 5 night rental that couldn’t be cancelled. Over our 65 day trip and some 18 bookings, this is one is memorable - for all the wrong reasons. The window in the second bedroom leaked. Overall my experience with Booking.com offerings has been very satisfactory and, to be fair, I haven’t contacted Booking.com yet to complain.

Spacious apartment. Very good location.

It would be even more comfortable if folding luggage racks were provided in the bedrooms. Otherwise luggage has to be kept on other tables provided in the apartment which may sometimes result in damaging the furniture

View was lovely

Paid extra money for an early check in and we find out that there was no key in the lock box. Didn’t get to room until 2 hours later. They did refund a part of the extra money paid. No toilet paper no tea coffee sugar milk for the traveler’s first cuppa. Mouse poop in the cupboard under the sink and no dish clothes.

Quite location; walking distance to DFO; close to tram towards CBD; very nice building, modern unit, very tidy; wonderful water view and city view.

Toilet flush jammed, and toilet sink clogged. Had to adjust our activity schedule for tradies to come and fix it. Not very ideal.

Great location, close to where we needed to go everyday. Supermarkets near by, amazing views and loved watching the cruise ships come in.

Outdated facilities, only 1 tea towel, 2 over trays, 1 that we only used once cause it made a mess of the oven, not enough drying space for a family of 5 particularly with the pool, only a sheet as the matress protector in the main bedroom, quilts were a lot smaller than the quilt covers, no dishwasher tablets, to warm in the second bedroom in the hot weather without aircon, not even a fan supplied

The towels were not clean and would recommend to provide enough toilet paper

The room wasn’t clean.

Laundry Liquid Soap was run out.

Location and views were great. Close to free city trams. Nice new building with great indoor pool and spa. Clean, comfortable beds. Beautiful sunset views. Great washing machine. But no dryer.

No dishwasher tablets provided. Hand washed dishes. Shower floors need a good clean. Dirty under the sofa bed. No shelf space in wardrobes only hanging space. Keys not available onsite. Had to go to a shop closeby in another street to collect keys.
