For self check in property, you can access the property through a Smary DoorLock-KeyNest Store nearby-lockbox. To make your check in as easy as possible, please inform us of your estimated arrival time, so we can ensure everything is ready for you. "Great location for an easy city stay."

Location , easy access to trams , docklands and south wharf

Property needs a few updates. My little one cut her foot on the very spiky carpet runner near the main bedroom doorway. The walls need a really good wipe down as there was marks and unknowns all over them Uncontrollable to the property owner but the neighbors above were slamming doors/windows and played loud music til 4am on the sat night so as you can imagine with a 4 yr old in tow not much sleep was had that night. But otherwise it is a good apartment with comfy beds great views in a wonderful location.

The close proximity to tram stop. Close to places that we needed to get to. Two bathrooms and great views.

We stayed here for 5 days and it would have been useful to have access to more than one tea towel. There was no bath mats or face towels provided. Shelf in ensuite shower fallen off and not replaced so had to place soap etc on floor.

The views are lovely.

Very run down, not well maintained and not properly cleaned. Soggy bed, worn stained carpet and furniture. Dirty dishes, no floor mat in bathrooms, only one bedside table with old lamp. Broken fixtures in bathroom.

Location was fine

Very dirty as soon as we walked in . Lipstick still on wine glass and both bathrooms showers has mild everywhere we had to use hand towels to stand on

Disgusting. Stains on the couch, black mould in both showers, a loose tile on the balcony I fell over on, small pieces of metal at the edge of bedroom doorway that my friend stood on, the stovetop metal in the dishwasher and a smell of burnt cooking when I entered, the clincher was the PUBIC HAIR ON THE TOILET. This was apparently after a cleaner had been there. I have so far received zero response or assistance and will be contacting both the health department and consumer affairs first thing tomorrow. Anyone requiring evidence can get in touch and I’ll provide pictures as I don’t want anyone suffering the way we had to.
